SKINCARE - Facials & Body Treatments
Uniquely customized skin treatments that will focus on your areas of concern. Featuring natural product lines, as well as my own organically sourced and/or grown flowers, roots and herbs. All facials are 70 minutes unless otherwise stated.
Rejuvenating Facial - Awaken tired, sluggish skin with personalized cleanses, exfoliations, masks and nurturing techniques. Includes facial, neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage. $75
Skin Longevity - Nurture and heal skin that is showing signs of aging and/or sun damage. Includes facial, neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage. $75
Gua Sha - Using specially designed Gua Sha tools, this customized facial sequence uses lifting, sculpting and smoothing and cold stones to improve muscle tone, circulation, and texture of the skin. Includes facial, neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage. $85
Clear and Resurface - A deeply exfoliating and detoxifying treatment. Uses herbal scrubs, herb, flowers and root soaked steam towels to support most skin types and conditions. Natural exfoliating masks and custom massage is used to help you and your skin to be more balanced. $75
Extract & Heal- A customized treatment to address clogged pores, acne, and blackheads. Aromatic and herbal clay masks, as well as cold stone therapy deepens the healing an decreases the appearance of large pores. May include extractions and LED therapy. $85
Lymphatic Support - A relaxing treatment, using warm herbs, teas, and lymphatic facilitation techniques that will detoxify, balance, and tone. Aimed to reduce puffiness, tired skin, and improve the appearance of fine lines. Includes facial, neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage. $75
Just Heal- When your skin just needs nurturing, balance, and to just heal. Especially effective for sunburn, healing from scars, abrasions, fractures or extremely stressful events. This facial features a double cleanse, tea towel compression, and masks that are customized per treatment and includes proven calming, nurturing, supportive herbs, flowers, plants and roots. Swedish massage, breathwork, and guided relaxation techniques will allow your nervous system to reset. $95
Irun Ori (Head & Hair) Therapy- In the West African language of Yoruba, Irun Ori means hair ~ head. This treatment incorporates a head and scalp massage inspired by Ancestral wisdom, and uses a lightweight yet potent infusion of herbs like Rosemary, Rose, Horsetail and Moringa and nature's healing agents like coconut water, aloe juice, and Lavender. Melt into relaxation with warm towel compresses and a specially designed comb and/or stone massage tool. Light body balance included. $50 - 30 minutes (Add to any facial for $40)
Light Therapy - This comprehensive treatment features a deep cleanse, tailored mask, 20-minute restorative LED, and a calming head, neck, and shoulder massage. $75
Red Light: Stimulates collagen/elastin, reduces fine lines, and promotes skin rejuvenation.
Blue Light: Targets acne bacteria and reduces inflammation.
Near-Infrared: Improves circulation and reduces pain
Back Treatments - A cleansing and exfoliating treatment that will leave your back relaxed and rejuvenated. Specific focus on acne, hyperpigmentation, uneven texture and clogged pores. Complete with hydrating and heat/cold treatments to boost the therapeutic effects of the session. Includes head, neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage. $95
Hands and Arms - A focused treatment on the hands and arms that features a cleanse, exfoliating herbal scrub, steam wrap, lymphatic support and tired joint support and a hydrating treatment. Add paraffin wax to deepen the hydration, creating a softer, silkier feel to your hands. $65 (Add $20 for paraffin)
Knees to Toes- Designed to revive tired legs and feet, this treatment focuses on circulation, hydration, and deep relaxation. Ideal for those who spend all day on their feet, this experience includes a soothing exfoliation, a hydrating botanical mask, and a specialized massage techniques from the knee down to the toes to alleviate soreness and improve skin elasticity. $65 (Add $20 for paraffin)
Relaxing Massage
Swedish massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility. May include attention to the lymphatic system and/or the craniosacral system.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body and is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water and electrolytes should be ingested to aid with the complete balance and hydration of muscle tissue.
Cupping Session
Experience deep muscle relief without the heavy pressure. This therapeutic treatment uses specialized suction cups to create a gentle vacuum, lifting the skin and muscle tissue upward. By reversing traditional massage pressure, cupping rapidly releases stubborn knots, untangles tight fascia, and draws fresh, oxygen-rich blood to the surface. It is an ideal treatment for clearing chronic tension, accelerating muscle recovery, and promoting deep cellular healing.
Hot Stone Massage
Experience the ultimate, deep-tissue relaxation as heated basalt stones, rich in minerals, along with warmed oils are used to melt away muscle tension, soothe sore areas, and improve circulation. The combined heat and pressure promote a profoundly deeper, faster release of muscle tension. Add a therapeutic muscle balm to relieve aches, pain and to deliver
longer lasting results.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet, face, hands and ears. Unlike massage, that intend to mostly relieve tension, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet, hands and ears. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression, congestion, sluggish bowels, and more.
Reiki Energy Balancing
Reiki is a form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to supporting sleep, and overall homeostasis.
90 minute session includes 30 minutes of massage.
Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, I aim to help release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation. Includes herbal footbath or herbal infused steam towel foot wraps.
Infant / Child Massage
Infant and Child Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically to promote the healthy development and alignment of your child. Caring human touch is crucial for a healthy thriving little one, and the benefits of massaging your child are potent and numerous. For example, many infants show improved growth and development of the brain and nervous system. Massage has also been shown to improve the quality of sleep, as well as strengthening their immune system. Massage also soothes sluggish digestive systems that cause colic and abdominal upsets.
Acupressure - Full Body
Acupressure is based on one the most ancient principles of healing - that simply touching a specific point on the body will release stress and improve health in the body. In an acupressure session, I apply firm pressure directly to these “points” on your body, which relieves your muscle tension and improves your circulation. This simple and powerful technique has been shown to be very effective in treating headaches, backaches, and even insomnia.
AromaTouch (Healing Touch Therapy with Pure Grade Tested Essential Oils)
The AromaTouch Therapy aims to relieve inflammation, helps the body to eliminate toxins, as well as relieves the mind and eases sore muscles. Using a specific protocol and blend of pure tested grade essential oils, dropped along the spine, like rain drops and spread from the sacral area up to the back of the head then disbursed over the whole back region. Special attention to the feet is a welcomed component of this powerful treatment.
Chair Massage
Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

Travel rates apply to mobile services around the greater Austin area including but not limited to Pflugerville, Manor, Elgin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Hutto, Taylor, Cedar Park, Leander, Bastrop, Cedar Creek, Buda, Kyle, Dripping Springs.
Out of Texas and International clients: rates apply depending on the city of destination, costs of travel, and accommodations.
