Policies

Appointment Booking:

For safety and professional boundaries, I reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at my discretion.

Appointments will only be booked upon confirmation of Round Life Bodywork and will not be done online. Mindful appointment setting is done in order to ensure each client receives the appropriate block of time; and that the client and practitioner are a good fit.

Payments:

Payment is due in full at the time of service via cash, credit card or digital payment.

Packages, Monthly Discounts and Reduced Fees Program must be kept in good standing in order to receive the pricing attached. (See services and rates for pricing and payment options). "In good standing" is defined as: (1) Having subsequent appointments pre-booked. (2) All payments are up to date and paid at the close of service in full.

Late Arrivals:

Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of their scheduled session without a price reduction, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

Cancellation Policy:

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations, or a deposit of 50% of the service will be required when booking the next appointment.

To ensure your absolute safety and the highest quality of specialized care, clients are required to provide a complete and accurate health history (if applicable) during intake. You must inform your practitioner of all current medications, medical conditions, pregnancies, allergies, recent injuries, and past surgeries. Many holistic treatments, bodywork treatments, and advanced skincare carry strict contraindications. Failure to disclose health information can result in injury or adverse reactions. It is your responsibility to update your practitioner of any changes to your health, medication, or physical condition at the start of every subsequent session.
